  1. Meeting Name: May Membership Meeting
  2. When: Date of Meeting
  3. Time: what time the meeting will start
  4. Where: BNUG Zoom Conference Meeting Account
  5. Topic :  Title Of Speakers Topic
  6. Agenda: a short description of what he/she will be talking about
  7. Presenter biography: (Optional)
    A speaker biography is a brief summary of your education, work history and experience that is relevant to your speaking topic (the focus is on brief and relevant). The organization requesting your speaker’s bio may specify a format and length. … Keep your speaker biography brief—no more than 75 to 100 words.
  • Meeting link will be Provided by the Boston Network Users group zoom Account
  • Link to Zoom meeting account for meeting will be posted on bnug website along with information from above.

  • Club Secretary should be taking good note and each board member should have a copy of board notes 1 week before each board meeting
